Track Integrity

Every vote is recorded in a tamper-proof, append-only ledger and tied to a verified account. Automated rate-limiting, IP and device fingerprinting, and bot detection run on every submission. Any administrative adjustment is permanently logged with the admin's identity, the reason, and a timestamp. Nothing can be silently edited or deleted.

Audit logs available on request. If a result ever looks off, email rtr@westmediagroup.com and we will share the relevant audit trail so you can verify it for yourself.

Media Use Policy

By submitting photos, videos, audio, or any other media through the band portal, you grant Rock the Raceway permission to use that content for event promotion across our website, social channels, email newsletters, and partner outlets. We will always aim to represent your band accurately and respectfully.

If anything ever feels off or is used in a way you are not comfortable with, just reach out and we will take it down right away. No hoops, no hassle.
